What began as a childhood hobby slowly became a practice, a side hustle, and now a full-time devotion. Making jewellery has always been the quiet constant - a form of focus, almost like therapy, where hands work, the mind softens, and everything else melts away. Each piece begins in wax, shaped by hand and instinct, then transformed through the lost-wax process into something permanent, something carried on the body and lived in. At its heart, pico. is about creating objects that hold meaning: small markers of places, moments, memories, and versions of ourselves we want to keep close. The space reflects this process -part studio, shop, workshop, and gathering point- where everything passes through hands and pieces are made slowly, intentionally, and to last. More than adornment, pico. is about connection: between material and maker, people and moments, and what is worn and what is remembered.
RETURN, 2026
“RETURN emerged from finding my way back to the bench after a year largely devoted to motherhood.
For the past year, much of my creative energy has been poured into motherhood. The time I did spend at my bench became purposeful: orders to make, pieces to finish, a business to keep moving. ΗΛΙΟΔΩΡΟΝ arrived as an invitation to step outside that rhythm and make simply for the pleasure of making again.
I began with the form of an egg: a quiet symbol of birth, possibility and something waiting to emerge. I shaped it intuitively in wax, allowing the marks of my hands and the irregularities of the process to remain. At its centre, I set a large golden citrine, a stone that seemed to hold its own small source of warmth and light.
As the piece took shape, it became less about creating something new and more about returning to something that was already there. To curiosity. To experimentation. To following an idea without considering where it might fit within a collection or whether it needed to become anything more.
RETURN is a small marker of that moment of finding my way back to the bench, and to the simple joy of making something because I wanted to see it exist.”
